The Wide Neck Shield's Wide Neck Feeder with Handle is ideal for growing babies. The handle on Shield's Wide Neck Feeder makes it easier for the infant to hold the bottle and consume milk. Even when disturbed, the Nipple locking mechanism prevents unexpected spillage. The design of the nipple's tip prevents milk from dripping out. Shield is concerned about protecting your child, so our baby bottles are made entirely of BPA-free PP plastic. Our bottle caps are designed to require a bit more effort to open, making the bottles more portable and preventing milk spills. By directing air away from the infant's stomach, the anti-colic air valve is meant to ease colic and discomfort. The nipple is developed so that the infant retains a perfect latch and feels no discomfort, gas, or fussiness after feeding. All parts are sterilizer and dishwasher safe (top rack).

6. To ensure hygiene, all bottle components should be sterilized in boiling water for 5 minutes before initial use.
   
   
7. The nipple and screw-top lid are dishwasher safe. To preserve the design, it is recommended to hand-wash the bottle with mild detergent.
   
   
8. Place each bottle part on a clean paper towel or dish towel, and then store them in a clean, dust-free area. Allow them to air-dry as opposed to patting them dry.
   
   
9. After each feeding, bottles should be sanitized. If your infant does not finish a bottle within two hours, discard the remaining formula.
   
   
10. Keep the bottle away from direct sunlight.
    
    
11. The bottle's cap may seem rather rigid at first, but after two or three washing/boiling, it becomes more flexible; this is meant to prevent leaks.
